Who will manage our project?

Do you undertake Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015?
Yes. Where appointed as Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the construction phase, including preparation of the Construction Phase Plan, contractor coordination and appropriate health and safety arrangements.
Can turnkey projects be delivered while buildings remain operational?
Yes, where the nature of the works and site arrangements permit. We develop coordinated programmes incorporating phased delivery, planned shutdowns, controlled access and out-of-hours working where appropriate to minimise disruption to schools, healthcare facilities and other operational environments.
